1. Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a traditional storefront. Instead, we offer private, by-appointment viewings at our office in Audubon Park, Orlando, Florida. Please note that for security, we will only be showing pieces of interest as requested at the time of making the appointment. Our inventory is not available for browsing in-person.

3. Can I shop online?
Absolutely! Browse our online catalog on our website as well as our eBay store, where we've sold over 2,500 items since 2015 with 100% positive feedback.
4. How do you ship?
We offer Complimentary Domestic FedEx 2nd Day Air shipping, fully insured. A signature will be required for delivery. Orders received before Noon eastern time will typically ship on the same day.
For International shipments, we use FedEx International Economy with a special flat rate of $50. Please see our Shipping page for more details.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer 14 day returns and make it easy with our pre-paid, fully insured return labels. Please see our Refunds page for more details.
6. How do you ensure authenticity?
Every piece is 100% authentic. With over 25 years of experience and thousands of happy customers, we verify each item, ensuring quality and genuine craftsmanship.
7. Can I request more photos, videos, or a virtual showing?
Yes! We’re happy to send additional media or schedule a virtual walkthrough so you can appreciate the beauty and details of a piece before committing.
8. Do you buy or take jewelry on consignment?
Yes, we do! If you have estate, vintage, or designer pieces you'd like to sell or consign, email us with photos and information. We’ll be happy to discuss options.
9. Do you offer appraisals, repairs, or resizing?

Appraisals: For items purchased, we can generate an appraisal for insurance purposes upon request at no additional charge.

Repairs/Resizing: Resizing can be arranged before shipping and may be offered with our compliments on a case-by-case basis —just ask! We don’t have in-house repair services but may be able to recommend trusted local jewelers in your area.
10. Do you offer layaway?
No, but we do offer pay-over-time at checkout. Subject to approval.
