• Band width: 2.7 mm, size 7 (resizable)
• Signed G. ALCEDO A. and stamped 18k
• Professionally cleaned; prongs tightened; very good vintage condition. As shown in the photographs, a couple of the high-polished petals display light surface scratches, typical of careful vintage wear and noted here for accuracy.
This striking 1960s creation exemplifies the bold geometry of the Mid-Century Modern movement. The asymmetrical gold planes — alternating between satin-textured and mirror-polished finishes — orbit a fiery Madeira citrine whose deep orange hue recalls the warm palette favored in avant-garde European design of the era. The interplay of texture and angular form gives the piece a sculptural quality reminiscent of studio jewelry from Italy and France during the postwar decades.
A collectible statement ring that embodies both artistry and precision craftsmanship, it remains in beautiful condition with only minor wear consistent with age and use — ready to be enjoyed and admired once more.
