Vintage 18K Gold St. Thérèse of Lisieux Medal, Diamond Halo & Seed Pearls, Dated 1957

This tender devotional medal depicts St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the beloved "Little Flower," cradling a bouquet of roses beneath a radiant halo set with rose-cut diamonds in platinum. The gold ground is hand-engraved with fine linear rays, and a border of seed pearls frames the saint's likeness in soft, luminous contrast. The reverse is inscribed "Rosa a Laura, 19-X-57," a gift dated October 1957, lending the piece a quiet history of devotion passed between two women who shared its namesake saint. It can be polished out if desired. The face bears the signature "J. Holy," while the frame carries a separate, as-yet-unidentified maker's mark — together suggesting a skilled hand behind its execution. An ornate floral bail completes the design, ready to be worn or cherished as a keepsake.
